It's not very avante-garde or innovative, but I would like to go on a long, liteary tour of Great Britain and Ireland. It's never really worked out in terms of timing (and my lack of drive when it comes to traveling), as I was always in school, about to start a job, or (ha ha ha) didn't have the money. But I hope to do so someday, I really do.
Go back to England. Preferably for a month or more. But other than that one, most of the others are things over which I have no control because it's just a matter of timing... like enjoy having an empty nest, have grandchildren, etc.
I've had a bucket list for more than 10 years now. I call mine the Life List and have accomplished an amazing number of things on the list including, living on both the west and east coast, New Years Eve in Times Square, ride a tandem bike, and drive cross country. Good luck with yours, can't wait to see it!
One more thing... I track a lot of my "things I want to do" on 43 Things (www.43things.com) and places I want to go on its sister site, 43 Places (www.43places.com). It's a pretty cool way to keep track of goals.
